Nominees must be 35 years old or younger at the time of nomination and demonstrate a proven commitment to the community through outstanding achievements, innovation, and involvement. The recipient must exhibit strong leadership, a passion for making a difference, and the ability to inspire and engage others. They should also be a positive role model for their peers and colleagues, with clear potential for continued growth and leadership within the community.
